Horstman wanders through art, design, and culture, meeting the people whose work, homes, and habits shape the world.
Horstman is a studio focused on how we live, where we gather, and what makes a place feel like home, starting with a newsletter and an Instagram as its first expressions. It explores cities, interiors, restaurants, and objects, as well as future experiences like pop-ups, dinners, and eventually a café that embodies these ideas. The studio intends to grow slowly and intentionally.
Bobby Aaron Solomon is the founder and editor-in-chief of Horstman, and a creative director and graphic designer with over two decades of experience building story-driven brands and visually cohesive worlds. He has led creative work for companies like Disney, Google, and YouTube, and is the founder of the culture site The Fox Is Black, along with projects like The Trend Report.
